hiu4d Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the hiu4d website accessible at hiu4d.ws and all associated services, games, software, and mobile-optimised interfaces operated by hiu4d.
• "Member" / "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered a hiu4d account and is aged 21 years or older.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Member on the Platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account wallet at any given time, excluding bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or free-spin monetary equivalent credited to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., KTP, Paspor) and, where required, proof of address and source of funds.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transaction currency of the hiu4d Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond hiu4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

2 Eligibility

Use of the hiu4d Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. hiu4d enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the hiu4d Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hiu4d does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific territory. Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction is done entirely at the Member's own risk.
4. Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, directors, and immediate family members of hiu4d and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold Member accounts or participate in real-money play.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through hiu4d's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party gambling exclusion programme.

3 Account Registration

To create a hiu4d Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. hiu4d reserves the right to verify all registration information against independent data sources and government-issued identity documents.
2. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Registration of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hiu4d will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. hiu4d will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify hiu4d's customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4. KYC Verification: hiu4d applies KYC verification procedures to all accounts. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at hiu4d's discretion at any time during the account lifecycle, you may be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) or Indonesian Paspor), a recent proof of address, and, for high-value transactions, documentation evidencing source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
5. Account Currency: All hiu4d Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.
6. Account Closure: hiu4d reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its absolute discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

hiu4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits made via e-wallet are typically credited to the Member's Account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which may take up to 10 minutes depending on the originating bank. hiu4d does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, the Member's bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of funds and review of the associated Account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically within 5 minutes of approval.
• Local Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): Typically within 5–30 minutes; during peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to 3 hours.

hiu4d reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures — including requests for additional documentation — prior to approving withdrawal requests that exceed internal threshold limits or that are associated with accounts under review. Withdrawal requests submitted while an account is under investigation may be placed on hold pending resolution.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hiu4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

1. Opt-In Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be actively claimed by the Member. Retrospective bonus claims will not be accepted.
2. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds carry a Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Expired, unmet Wagering Requirements result in automatic forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Live casino table games, video poker, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) compared to slots (typically 100%). The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the specific bonus terms.
4. Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds: While Bonus Funds are active and Wagering Requirements remain unmet, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly permitted by the promotion's terms.
6. Bonus Abuse: hiu4d actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance staking strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, matched or arbitrage betting using bonus funds, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and collusion between Members. Where bonus abuse is identified, hiu4d reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close the account.
7. hiu4d's Discretion: hiu4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring terms for bonuses already accepted and in progress.

6 Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the hiu4d Platform across all product categories — sportsbook, live casino, slots, Dragon Tiger, and all other games and markets offered:

1. Finality of Bets: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member, except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or early settlement feature for the relevant market.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface or market screen prior to placing a wager. hiu4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
3. Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a manifest error in a game result, odds display, or payout calculation — including software malfunction, human error, or data feed failure — hiu4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the Member's Account Balance. "Manifest error" means an error so obvious that a reasonable person would immediately recognise it as incorrect. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error are not valid and may be reclaimed by hiu4d.
4. Sportsbook — Void Markets: In the sportsbook, certain events may be voided (e.g., match abandoned, postponed beyond the settlement window, or suspended due to irregular betting patterns). Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, voided selections are removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stand.
5. Live Casino — Connection Interruptions: In the event a Member's internet connection is interrupted during a live dealer game round, the hand, spin, or round will be completed according to the rules of the game. The result stands regardless of connectivity issues on the Member's end.
6. Random Number Generation: All hiu4d slot and virtual game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

7 Responsible Gaming

hiu4d is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment for all adult members. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a set period of play has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts reminding Members of total session duration and net win/loss position are available on request.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked, all marketing communications cease, and re-registration is blocked. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Take a Break: A short-term cooling-off feature allowing Members to suspend their Account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without formal self-exclusion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hiu4d Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or system to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members, whether in live casino games or any other product.
• Chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of game manipulation.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using hiu4d for any unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward hiu4d staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to hiu4d's systems, databases, or infrastructure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hiu4d Platform — including but not limited to the hiu4d brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of hiu4d or is used under licence from third-party rights holders (including game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of hiu4d. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

10 Privacy & Data

hiu4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hiu4d applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hiu4d's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or service offered thereon shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hiu4d shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, Force Majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Loss resulting from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any taxation, levy, or duty imposed on winnings by the Member's local government or tax authority. Members are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from their gambling activity.

12 Amendments

hiu4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, hiu4d will notify registered Members by email and/or by displaying a notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hiu4d holds its international operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and regulatory bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of the hiu4d Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits hiu4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.
